The user agrees that the Company shall not be responsible or liable to the user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event, shall the Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
When a User visits the Website, the user is communicating with the Company and/or its Directors, Executives, or any persons who is part of the Company electronically. User will be required to provide a valid phone number and a valid address while placing an order. Company not its Directors or its employees shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that receive your Information. The User shall continue to be responsible and shall be bound to this Agreement as amended by the Company from time to time.
